Psychologue clinicienne passionnée, spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des adultes, j’adopte une approche intégrative (dont des outils issus des thérapies cognitivo-comportementales – TCC).

Mon objectif est de vous offrir un espace d’écoute bienveillant tout en proposant des pistes concrètes pour avancer sur les difficultés rencontrées.

Chaque suivi est adapté à votre rythme et à vos besoins spécifiques.

Je peux également proposer, selon les besoins :

  • Séances EMDR pour le traitement du stress post-traumatique
  • Exercices corporels de libération du stress et des tensions (TRE)
  • Séances de réorientation professionnelle
  • Accompagnement personnalisé en option, comprenant l’envoi d’exercices concrets par mail et une disponibilité supplémentaire entre les rendez-vous.

Ce n’est que chaleureusement que je recommanderai le suivit de mademoiselle Servais. En ce qui me concerne, elle a très vite cerné ma personne et mon univers. Décelant aussi bien ce je pouvais m’infliger de pire que ce que je peux apporter de meilleur. Et c’est assez vite que j’ai commencé à constater des progrès dans ma vie de tous les jours. Plus qu’une écoute attentive au cours des séances, il y a aussi un travail de recherche, d’adaptation et de planification qui est effectué que ce soit par vous ou par la clinicienne en face de vous. Le tout afin de comprendre les peines d’hier, d’agir sur les freins d’aujourd’hui mais aussi d’alléger les complications de demain.
