Bonjour :) Je suis Coraline, psychologue clinicienne pratiquant la thérapie stratégique brève depuis 10 ans. Grâce à cette fantastique approche et à une écoute active et bienveillante, je vous aide à cerner la problématique actuelle qui vous fait souffrir, ici et maintenant.

De par mon parcours personnel, j'ai aujourd'hui particulièrement à coeur d'accompagner les personnes en transition de vie (post partum, péri/ménopause, parentalité, changement d'orientation pro/perso, passage à la retraite, séparation, deuil...)...et ces transitions sont extrêmement nombreuses, intenses et souvent totalement chamboulantes. J'accompagne également les personnes traversant l'épreuve d'une dépression, d'un burnout, de crises d'angoisses, de difficultés relationnelles.

La thérapie brève met l'accent sur ce qui vous fait souffrir en ce moment mais l'on parle bien entendu également d'éléments passés pour parvenir ensemble à mieux comprendre votre parcours de vie et ce qui vous à amené à la situation actuelle. L'objectif est de vous permettre de mettre en place de nouvelles manières de faire, de façon concrète, ou d'appréhender les problématiques différemment pour vous permettre de retrouver un nouvel équilibre.
