Psychologue clinicienne et Art-thérapeute, je vous propose une écoute attentive et un espace d'exploration. Cet accompagnement se veut adapté aux singularités de chacun.e.

• Santé mentale & Urgences : Burn-out, dépression, situations de crise, troubles anxieux, psychiatrie sociale
• Psycho-oncologie : Accompagnement des patients en oncologie et de leurs proches.
• Vie relationnelle & transitions : Difficultés familiales, ruptures, deuils, et transitions de vie difficiles.
• Art-thérapie: travail thérapeutique porté par le processus créatif (médiation: arts plastiques)

Autres points d’attention:

• Expérience de terrain : Une pratique en unité de crise, aux urgences, en centre de jour et en ASBL sociales, en hôpital.
• Flexibilité : Rendez-vous au cabinet ou téléconsultation sur demande.
• Accessibilité : Tarifs sociaux pour les étudiants, bénéficiaires du BIM et chercheurs d'emploi (plages limitées - sur demande et sur justificatif) COMPLET pour le moment. Remboursement partiel possible par votre mutuelle. Je consulte également en anglais.

As a person-centered approach clinical psychologist , I welcome you into a non-judgmental space. My role is to accompany you at your own pace to explore your inner resources and put your challenges into perspective.

I use an integrative approach: by combining various schools of thought and diverse tools, I offer support tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

My areas of interest:

• Mental Health & Crisis: Burnout, depression, crisis situations, anxiety disorders, and social psychiatry.
• Psycho-oncology: Specialized support for cancer patients and their loved ones
• Relationships & Life Transitions: Family difficulties, serarations, grief, and navigating difficult life transitions.
• Art-therapy: a therapeutic apprach supported by the creative process.

But also

• Solid Field Experience: My practice is enriched by my work in crisis units, emergency departments, day centers, hospitals and social NGOs.
• Flexibility: In-person appointments or teleconsultations available on request.
• Accessibility: Social rates available for students, BIM beneficiaries, and job seekers (limited available slots upon presentation of proof) SLOTS FULL at the moment.
• I also practice in English.
