Diplômée d’un master en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie et formée en ethnopsychiatrie, je propose des consultations pour les jeunes adultes (à partir de 18 ans) et les adultes.

Je reçois des personnes confrontées à différentes difficultés telles que l’anxiété, le stress, la dépression, les traumatismes ou l’épuisement professionnel (burnout), ainsi que des périodes de questionnement ou de mal-être.

Ma pratique s’appuie sur une approche multimodale attentive à la singularité de chaque personne. Les consultations offrent un espace d’écoute et de réflexion afin de mieux comprendre les difficultés rencontrées, mettre des mots sur son vécu et avancer à son rythme.

Je vous reçois en consultation le jeudi, sur rendez-vous.
