Je suis Laura de Amaral, psychologue clinicienne. Profondément attachée aux valeurs d’accueil et de respect de chacun, je vous reçois dans un cadre serein, confidentiel, et toujours à votre propre rythme. Mon approche repose sur la qualité de la relation, l’authenticité et le non-jugement. Il s’agit d’un temps que vous vous offrez, pour déposer ce qui est trop lourd, questionnant ou douloureux — ou simplement pour prendre soin de vous.

Parce que traverser certaines étapes de la vie peut être éprouvant, ou tout simplement parce que l’on ressent le besoin de prendre un moment pour soi, je vous propose un espace d’écoute, de soutien et de bienveillance.

Je travaille principalement auprès d’adultes (à partir de 18 ans), en tenant compte de chaque histoire, de chaque singularité. J'accompagne également les seniors et l'entourage des personnes souffrant d'une maladie neurodégénérative de type cognitif : un vécu souvent complexe et épuisant, auquel il est essentiel de pouvoir poser des mots.
