Sexologist and EMDR therapist specialized in the accompaniment of women. Inspired by my various trainings in psychology, sexology, EMDR, facilitation of expression workshops, integration of intersectionality and in the approach of gender relations that have given me practical and therapeutic tools. The approach I propose includes the relationship you have with your body and aims to improve it. I offer you a space of listening and empathy in order to accompany you in the face of the problems you encounter such as: Unintegrated life experiences, trauma or abuse (EMDR) relationship difficulties Desire and/or pleasure disorders Dyspareunia (pain during penetration) Vaginismus (inability to penetrate). Self-confidence Body image Pleasure/desire functioning Letting go Performance anxiety Sexuality is at the intersection of everything that makes up the life of a human being: behaviors, physiology (one's body), cognitions (thoughts), emotions - all of which influence and are influenced by the environment, partners, general well-being and spiritual aspects. The treatment involves stress management techniques, some questioning (unlearning things you've always taken for granted), learning and exercises. I also integrate the intersectional approach. This is the awareness and deconstruction of the discriminations that result from the different systems of domination. These lead to psychological suffering, trauma and mental burden... The fact that I have been trained in different approaches and disciplines has led me to propose a global approach.
