Je suis psychologue depuis 2006 et indépendante principale depuis plusieurs années.

Je propose à la fois des accompagnements en ligne selon une méthode ludique et créative que j'ai créée, sous forme de séances vidéos personnalisées. Après une premier contact en visioconférence pour déterminer vos objectifs thérapeutiques, je réalise votre programme d'accompagnement en plusieurs étapes. A chaque étape, vous recevez une vidéo avec du contenu, des questions et quelques défis/activités (thérapeutiques) à réaliser. Vous faites votre séance à votre aise chez vous et vous m'en faites un retour par vidéo/vocal/écrit. Et ainsi de suite.

Je propose également des consultations en présentiel, selon une méthode active et ludique. La séance prend la forme d'un atelier en 3 temps :

  • Un temps de parole, pour faire le point depuis la dernière séance.
  • Un temps d'activité, selon l'objectif du jour, pour explorer une partie de soi et avancer sur son chemin personnel.
  • Un temps de débriefing.

J'utilise des outils issus de l'art-thérapie et psychocorporels (hypnose, respiration, méditation, visualisation, …).

Je reçois principalement des jeunes adultes et adultes.

Je m'occupe de toute problématique (sauf addictions et troubles de la personnalité) mais mes domaines de prédilection sont : burn-out, orientation professionnelle, perfectionnisme, émotions, confiance en soi/estime de soi, relations.
