Filippo Perfido

I am a clinical psychologist, a graduate of Université catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) and registered with the Commission des Psychologues de Belgique. My background combines solid clinical training, experience in scientific research, and professional practice with adults, children, and families.

Alongside my private practice, I also work with an association specialising in supporting neurodivergent individuals.

I am specialising in systemic and strategic psychotherapy based on the Palo Alto model at Université de Liège (ULiège). This approach focuses on practical, collaborative, and change-oriented interventions to help people regain a lasting sense of balance.

I offer consultations in French, English, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, allowing everyone to express themselves in the language in which they feel most comfortable.

I believe that change remains possible, even when difficulties have been present for a long time. I offer a supportive, respectful, and personalised approach. Together, we will seek to understand what is maintaining your difficulties and develop solutions tailored to your circumstances and goals.
