The therapeutic approach I offer is integrative: it takes into account your personal history and the fact it takes place in a particular society and era. Our beliefs and behaviours are largely shaped by our early and current environments. It is necessary to become aware of this in order to free oneself from the influences that undermine self-confidence. Becoming free to be yourself without worrying about how you are perceived is possible but it requires exploring the habits - sometimes unconscious - that keep you stuck.


Whether you are exhausted by what you are going through or seeking to understand yourself better, I welcome you with the utmost care. I have been practising for 10 years and continue to educate myself in order to provide you with a fruitful therapeutic experience.
