As a psychologist - psychotherapist, I welcome the singular word of adolescents and adults addressing a request to understand the issues or obstacles they are facing.

My approach is based on a support and benevolence approach to the elaboration of psychological suffering and its symptoms (anxiety, depressive affects, addiction disorders, ...)

Therapeutic work allows us to be accompanied in a period of fragility. It opens another look at our experience by exploring our personal history and allows us to find the movement to personal and relational fulfillment.
Depending on the request, I offer a one-time psychological support or a longer term therapeutic follow-up. The frequency of the sessions takes into account your possibilities and your availability.

I consult in French and in English.

In an effort to refine my listening skills, I have continued my training in analytical psychotherapy.

In addition to my private practice, I work in the field as part of a multidisciplinary team in the mental health field in Brussels.
