I am a D.O. osteopath with a master’s degree in osteopathy from the Free University of Brussels. I am driven by the desire to help, so my mission is to support you towards better well-being. My work philosophy is based on empathy, attentive listening to your needs and understanding your individual story. I believe in the uniqueness of each patient, which guides my practice towards personalized and adapted care. My goal is to relieve your pain while respecting your comfort. My approach is also rational and scientific, combining clinical expertise with in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, semiology, rheumatology and traumatology. My passion for perinatal care led me to specialize in the care of pregnant and postpartum women, offering osteopathic care adapted to their specific needs. I also treat adults for all muscular, joint and nervous disorders and pain.

Nous avons été reçus par le Docteur Sarah Fabra Mestre pour une séance d’ostéopathie pour notre bébé de 8 mois et demi. La séance s’est super bien déroulée. La docteure est adorable et de très bon conseil et notre fille a adoré la séance. Un grand merci !

A la fin de la séance je ressentais déjà un léger soulagement quand au mal chronique pour lequel j'avais pris RV. En plus elle préconise aux patients (es) des exercices à la fin de la séance pour un meilleur suivi et une récupération à long terme. Madame Fabra est une excellente ostéopathe que je peux facilement recommander à toute personne ayant besoin de soins dans ce domaine. Accueillante et bienveillante, elle sait bien écouter.

      If you have lower back pain, the type of doctor you should see depends on the severity and nature of the pain... you can start with a general doctor who can assess your symptoms, provide initial treatment, and refer you to a specialist if needed.
      An osteopath can help by focusing on your musculoskeletal system and offering hands-on techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility. Often, going to see a physical therapist is complementary to
      guide you through exercises to strengthen your back and prevent further issues.

    Hi, I have a small Hernia (L5-S1) which pushes on the sciatic nerve. The pain is now extended to the knee/calf/foot. Which is the specialist I should get in contact with?

    • Hello,
      If you are aware of your hernia I assume you have already consulted a doctor. You can then consult an osteopath to help relieve pain, improve mobility and quality of movement. Possibly combined with physiotherapy it should improve.
