Avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience en massothérapie, j’ai choisi de me former en ostéopathie à l'université libre de Bruxelles pour enrichir ma pratique et vous proposer une prise en charge encore plus complète. Cette formation m’a permis d’acquérir des outils scientifiques solides, tout en conservant l’approche intuitive et personnalisée qui a toujours guidé mon travail.


Une raison qui m’a poussé à suivre des études universitaires est mon intérêt particulier aux cas complexes et aux douleurs chroniques, qui demandent une analyse approfondie et une approche sur mesure. Pour moi, chaque séance est une collaboration : je vous propose mon expertise et expérience et c’est ensemble que nous mettrons en place un traitement et des solutions les plus adaptées à votre quotidien et à vos objectifs. Mon rôle est de vous accompagner dans la compréhension et le soulagement de vos douleurs, en prenant le temps d’écouter votre histoire, vos habitudes de vie et vos besoins ainsi qu’à travers un bilan clinique rigoureux.

Dans certain cas il est important de développer une prise en charge interdisciplinaire. Si nécessaire, et avec votre accord, je communiquerai avec votre médecin, kinésithérapeute ou autre professionnel de santé.

Comment se déroule une séance ?


1) Un temps d’échange, d'anamnèse, pour explorer ensemble votre douleur, votre quotidien et vos antécédents.

2) Des tests cliniques pour identifier les zones de tension, d’inflammation ou de lésions.

3) Une thérapie adaptée, suivie de conseils et d’exercices pour prolonger les bénéfices à la maison.

J'avais une gêne à l'épaule droite depuis plusieurs années et j'ai décidé de consulter Ijahl Bazin Lopez. Il a d'abord cherché à identifier l'origine du problème, quel muscle ou quelle zone était en cause, et dès qu'il a trouvé, il a débloqué la tension. Il m'a ensuite expliqué en détail mon problème et les raisons pour lesquelles je ressentais cette douleur. Il m'a également donné des exercices à faire à la maison pour entretenir les bienfaits de la séance et éviter que la gêne ne revienne. Aujourd'hui, la douleur a complètement disparu grâce à lui. Très professionnel, il s'y connaît vraiment très bien et prend le temps de bien tout expliquer. Je suis reconnaissant et je le recommande vivement.

Cette séance m a permise de me rendre compte de mes points de tension dans mon corps et m a tout doucement apprise à lâcher prise. La séance était parfaite, un peu de chauffage aurait été idéal mais sinon très bonne expérience.
