J'étais déjà allée chez lui précédemment. J'étais bien bloquée, au point de ne plus pouvoir tourner la tête. En sortant je pouvais à nouveau tourner la tête même si cela était encore douloureux. J'envisage d'y retourner au moins 1 fois par an pour ne plus arriver à ce stade là.

    Hello, my shoulder is about a few centimeters out of place since i landed on it strangely. My question is how serious this can be since I still have full range of motion although it does feel unstable in certain positions when I do sports and which doctor I need to see to put it back into place.

    • Hello, you probably dislocated your shoulder or collarbone. You would need to see an orthopedic doctor to confirm this and treat it. Even though it doesn't hurt, you could be damaging it further if if is not set right.
