Après lui avoir expliqué clairement ce que je ressentais, il a pu trouver directement l'endroit où ça faisait mal. Je lui ai également dit que ça faisait plusieurs fois que j'avais des soucis au dos et qu'on avait déjà essayé plusieurs choses. Il a donc décidé une nouvelle technique, avec les aiguilles. Il m'a dit que j'aurais mal et que j'allais le haïr. C'est vrai, mais c'est génial! 2 jours après, presque plus aucune douleur et le 3ème jour je retournais courir. Cela fait maintenant 2 semaines et je recommence à courir de longues distances sans douleur! Je vous recommande vivement ce jeune Ostéo, très à l'écoute et très pro.
