Vous souffrez de douleurs musculaires ou articulaires, de tensions persistantes, ou d’un inconfort qui limite votre quotidien ou votre pratique sportive ?

Je suis ostéopathe diplômé de la Belgian School of Osteopathy (BelSO) et j’accompagne les adultes, sportifs amateurs et confirmés, dans la prise en charge des douleurs aiguës et chroniques, la récupération et la prévention des blessures.

Mon approche est globale, précise et adaptée à chaque patient. Elle vise à comprendre l’origine de vos douleurs afin d’améliorer durablement votre mobilité, votre confort et vos performances.

J’utilise, lorsque cela est indiqué, différentes techniques telles que l’ostéopathie tissulaire, les manipulations articulaires (HVBA), le dry needling et les ventouses, toujours dans le respect de votre corps et de vos objectifs.

Une attention particulière est portée aux sportifs, quel que soit leur niveau, pour optimiser la récupération, accompagner la reprise d’activité et réduire le risque de blessure.

Je m’engage dans une formation continue afin de proposer une prise en charge actuelle, efficace et individualisée.

J’ai été reçue aujourd’hui et je ressens déjà les bienfaits de la séance. L’ostéopathe a utilisé des ventouses, c’était une première pour moi, et je suis vraiment contente d’avoir essayé. Très à l’écoute, il prend le temps d’expliquer ce qu’il fait et de répondre aux questions. Une prise en charge professionnelle et rassurante. Je recommande sans hésiter. Encore merci.
