Je suis ravi que vous ayez apprécié l’écoute, les explications et les conseils donnés. Concernant la ponctualité, il peut en effet arriver que je prenne un peu plus de temps avec un patient qui en a besoin, ce qui peut entraîner un léger retard. J’essaie toujours de le limiter au maximum, tout en gardant la priorité sur la qualité des soins. Merci de votre compréhension !
