Bonne organisation en 3 étapes pour les prises de mesures. J’avais pris rendez-vous pendant ma pause de midi et le timing que j’avais envisagé a été respecté. Équipe médicale très sympathique et professionnelle.

Le Dr Qin m'a bien reçue et expliqué l'intervention que je pouvais recevoir pour corriger mon astigmatisme. Le rendez-vous était un peu rapide mais j'ai pu poser mes questions supllémentaires par mail. Le Dr m'a rappelée pour éclaircir tous les points en suspens. Il m'a rassurée.

Arrivé à 14h05 à l'accueil, en salle d'attente à 14h10 et toujours pas pris en charge à 15h00 ! J'ai dû intervenir alors moi-même pour signaler que des personnes arrivées après moi étaient prises en charge avant moi. Petit problème donc d'encodage ou autre ? Dommage donc car sinon la séance s'est plutôt bien déroulée ...
