It took more than 45 minutes before I could see the doctor and the doctor was very brief and not fully explaining everything as I had to ask him lots of questions to be sure I had understood. I would have preferred a more personal approach to feel that even if my first time in the clinic and I felt I waited long to then rush the consultation.

I booked the visit from one day to another, because I had a bacterial or viral eye infection, which was getting worse. First I saw the optometrist, whom I told the whole story, but he didn't care. He did all the tests to check my vision. He didn't use the drops. He decided that because of the infection, my vision is worse, so I need new glasses. Nothing about the infection and the treatment. The doctor saw me with this conclusion. He checked my eyes and said that everything is fine, it's nothing serious, it will pass on its own. He didn't say anything about my problems. He said that if I want, I can buy moisturizing eye drops without the prescription. That's it. I didn't see my tests results, they were not given to me. I didn't receive the diagnosis and the treatment. The visit was about 10 minutes and it cost €80. I ended up going to my GP who examined my eyes and prescribed me antibiotics. Negative opinion: I went to a specialist with a serious problem, I wasted time and money.
