Excellente expérience!Je tiens à remercier sincèrement cette docteure pour son professionnalisme et surtout pour sa grande douceur. C’était la première consultation ophtalmologique de ma petite fille de 5 ans, qui a été très émotive en apprenant qu’elle doit porter des lunettes pour sa myopie. Malgré son agitation et ses larmes, la docteure a fait preuve d’une patience remarquable, en lui parlant avec beaucoup de calme, de gentillesse et avec des mots parfaitement adaptés à son âge. Elle a su la rassurer et créer un climat de confiance dès les premières minutes. Nous sommes reparties apaisées et en confiance. Je recommande de tout cœur

A part une attente de 20min pour être enregistre à l'inscription, suivi par 20 autres minutes d'attente dans la salle et puis le traitement des gouttes, tout s'est bien passé. Pour ceux qui espèrent faire ceci avec leur enfant sur l'heure du midi, se munir de patience, prevoir le picknick et des activités/livres et bien prevenir le prof qu'on sera pas de retour pour la fin de la recrée.
