Kinésithérapeute à la base, le besoin d'aider concrètement ceux, de plus en plus nombreux, qui me confiaient leurs soucis s’est fait ressentir. Des formations solides en hypnose thérapeutique à Bruxelles et hypnose médicale à Paris, m’ont alors donnés un outil à mettre à disposition des personnes en recherche de changement. L’hypnose, un voyage intérieur accompagné par une voix, appelée également conscience modifiée, vous permet de trouver et de mobiliser les ressources qui sont en vous pour atteindre VOTRE objectif ! Nous en parlerons lors de notre 1er rdv. C’est lors de cette première rencontre, que les réponses à mes questions vous mèneront déjà bien souvent en hypnose conversationnelle éveillée. Nous déciderons ensuite ensemble si nous nous fixons un 2ème rdv. Cet outil, que je vous aiderai à utiliser, fonctionne aussi bien pour : .les addictions: à la cigarette ou autres… .les phobies: de l’avion, de la foule, des voleurs, etc .les angoisses, .les deuils: d’une personne, d’un travail ou autres .. .les douleurs de type chroniques ou de migraines… .le stress, Ou toutes autres demandes de changement… Vous savez, tous ces comportements qui vous font dire : « c’est plus fort que moi… »
