Paula a un grand sens de l'écoute, beaucoup d'empathie et une grande finesse d'analyse. La séance d'hypnose était très agréable et relaxante. Cela n'a pas suffi à me guérir mais parler avec Paula m'a permis de comprendre l'origine de mon problème. Merci beaucoup !

Je dois énormément à Paula. Je suis arrivée au premier rendez-vous avec une angoisse viscérale, presque paralysante, liée au permis de conduire. Dès la 1er sébacés j ai vu des changement postif, notamment sur mon anxiété et mes pensées limitantes nous avons travaillé avec l’hypnose, mais aussi avec de nombreux autres outils qui m’ont permis de me libérer progressivement de mes angoisses et de réussir enfin cet examen, après plusieurs échecs auparavant. L’accompagnement a été profondément humain et bienveillant. Nous avons pris le temps d’explorer les origines du problème, et je pense sincèrement que je n’y serais pas arrivée sans son aide. Un grand merci!!

Madame Mambo est une excellente hypnothérapeute, à l'écoute et au service de son·a patient·e. Elle porte en elle une énergie toujours positive, et sait mettre à l’aise sa patientèle. Passionnée par son travail et respectueuse, elle offre une écoute et une attention bienveillantes tout en adaptant ses pratiques sur les besoins du/ de la patient·e. Elle a été particulièrement bienveillante avec moi et de bons conseils. Son approche douce et professionnelle m'a permis de progresser rapidement. J'ai été suivi.e par Paula pendant plusieurs mois pour des problèmes de sommeil. Au-delà du fait que ceux-ci se sont grandement améliorés, j'ai été très touché.e par sa douceur et sa connaissance/prise en compte de ma situation de personne queer et handicapée. Merci !
