Vriendelijke en luisterbereid arts. Klachten werden rustig beluisterd en er werd duidelijk uitleg gegeven over de mogelijke oorzaak en vervolgstappen. Het consult was efficiënt zonder gehaast te voelen. Ik voelde me serieus genomen.

Zeer slechte en onprofessionele ervaring. Ik begrijp volledig dat een huisarts een patiëntenstop heeft en daar heb ik respect voor. Maar de manier waarop ik behandeld werd, vind ik absoluut niet kunnen. Ik kwam omdat ik ernstig ziek was en medische hulp zocht. De dokter begon tegen mij te roepen dat ik naar buiten moest en niet meer moest terugkomen. Op een bepaald moment stond hij zelfs roepend te springen terwijl hij de klink van de deur vasthield. Daarna deed hij de deur open en wees mij letterlijk naar buiten. Ik stond versteld van dit gedrag. Ook met een patiëntenstop kan je een zieke, hulpzoekende persoon rustig en respectvol te woord staan. Van een arts verwacht ik menselijkheid en professionaliteit. Een patiëntenstop kan ik begrijpen, maar deze manier van behandelen absoluut niet. Ik ben met een zeer slecht gevoel vertrokken.
