Léger temps d’attente, practicien pas très agréable dans sa manière de parler, mais bonne analyse de la situation je dirais et bons conseils

L’appel n’a duré que 3 minutes sans aucune aide ni explication ni même chercher à savoir le problème. On facture les patients pour 3 minutes sans aide et on conseille de prendre rendez-vous au cabinet (étant en incapacité de me déplacer) Dans ce cas la moindre des choses c’est de rembourser le rendez-vous de 3 minutes. De plus ne restes pas joignable et propose d’envoyer le certificat médical pour la journée sans le faire et sans donner de nouvelles. Vraiment déçue et reste sans aide
