Julie De Foer

I am Julie, and I have been working as a general practitioner since 2017. In addition to my medical studies, I specialized in tropical medicine and worked abroad for a while. I have always had a wide range of interests, including medicine, music, film, fashion, travel, interior design, nature, and converting a van into a camper. I want to reflect this variety in my career as well. Therefore, I combine my job as a general practitioner and as a doctor at Kind en Gezin with my job as an aesthetic doctor.

As a teenager in the 2000s, I was exposed to a lot of bodyshaming-content on television, in magazines, and even in daily life. This motivated me as a young adult to delve into different body types and discover and accentuate the beauty of each body. I further developed this vision by learning a lot about makeup, hair, and fashion. I believe that every body and face has its good and bad sides, and that everyone possesses their own unique beauty. My goal is to bring out that unique beauty.

Therefore, in 2021, I completed a training in injectables at the Aureus clinic in the Netherlands. It fascinates me how small interventions can have a significant effect on someone's appearance. I enjoy analyzing faces and improving insecurities without taking away natural beauty. My scientific background is of great importance in this process. I enjoy researching the pros and cons of various aesthetic treatments.

In short, I am ready to assist you with advice and treatments so that you can feel good in your own skin again.
