Deborah Catelin, registered dietitian, shares with you dietary advice according to your needs and goals. Your personalized food plan will guide you progressively and without frustration to a healthy, varied and balanced diet over the long term. Passionate about Crossfit, Deborah will give you the best advice according to your sports objectives. Nutritional management is an integral part of the physical preparation of athletes. She offers personalized support to each of her patients in order to remedy all diet-related pathologies. She offers an initial consultation of one hour to understand the basis of the problem as well as to determine achievable objectives and follow-up sessions of 30 minutes to ensure the positive evolution of the treatment. Do not hesitate to make an appointment! Deborah is available at the Paramed team every Thursday from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 8pm. But also at home or by video consultation on Mondays from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
