I work with adults from all backgrounds, including both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, such as people with ADHD, AuDHD, and mixed profiles. My work supports clients in better understanding how they function and in building ways of thinking, working, and living that truly fit their reality.

I am an ICF-aligned Life Coach, offering a professional, ethical, and confidential space where you can feel supported and understood. I have completed 177+ hours of coaching practice and client-support experience, with a focus on ADHD, neurodivergence, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and personalised coaching strategies.

My coaching approach combines ICF-aligned coaching, Life Coaching, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and regulation-based methods. It may include:

• Practical coaching tools aligned with ICF principles

• Emotional intelligence and self-awareness work

• Executive functioning strategies for focus, planning, decision-making, and organisation

• Regulation-based practices such as heart coherence, body scanning, and nervous system awareness

• NLP-informed techniques to support perspective shifts, internal dialogue, motivation, and behavioural change

• Personalised strategies adapted to your unique profile, needs, and goals

Together, we explore how your mind works, identify what creates friction, and build strategies that are effective, sustainable, and adapted to you.

This may include improving focus, regulating emotions, managing energy, making decisions, strengthening self-awareness, and creating systems that support you rather than overwhelm you.

For neurodivergent clients, this means working with your natural wiring, not against it.

How it works:

Coaching is a process, and meaningful change takes time.

For this reason, I recommend starting with at least 5 sessions to build momentum, adapt tools to your real life, and create lasting change.

For all new clients, it is recommended to begin with an introductory session. This allows us to clarify your needs, explore your goals, and define the most appropriate approach for you.

Please note that these are only examples among many possible coaching conversations. Our sessions may look different depending on your needs, goals, personality, and the topics we explore together.

There is no “standard script” for coaching. Each process is adapted to the individual.

Neurofeedback:

I also offer Neurofeedback as a separate support option.

Neurofeedback is a brain-training method that may help support focus, emotional stability, self-regulation, and brain regulation. It is different from coaching, although both can complement each other depending on your needs.

For those who are interested in starting Neurofeedback sessions, please book an introductory Neurofeedback session first. This allows us to discuss your needs, explain the process, and determine whether Neurofeedback is an appropriate option for you.

Practical details:

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.

All sessions are fully confidential, with standard ethical exceptions in cases of risk.
