If you often feel overwhelmed, stuck in procrastination, or as though conventional systems simply do not work for you, you are not alone.

I work with adults from all backgrounds, including both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism, and mixed profiles), to help them better understand how they function and build ways of thinking, working, and living that truly fit their reality.

I am an ICF-aligned coach, ensuring a professional, ethical, and confidential space you can trust.

My approach combines coaching, neuroscience, and regulation-based methods, including:

• Neurofeedback, integrated within coaching to support focus, emotional stability, and brain regulation

• Biofeedback practices such as heart coherence, body scanning, and NLP-informed techniques

• Emotional intelligence and practical coaching tools, aligned with ICF principles and tailored to your unique profile

Together, we explore how your mind works, identify what creates friction, and build strategies that are effective, sustainable, and adapted to you.

This may include improving focus, regulating emotions, managing energy, making decisions, and creating systems that support you rather than overwhelm you.

For neurodivergent clients, this means working with your natural wiring, not against it.

How it works:

Coaching is a process, and meaningful change takes time.

For this reason, I recommend starting with at least 5 sessions to build momentum, adapt tools to your real life, and create lasting change.

Getting started:

For all new clients, it is recommended to begin with an introductory session (coaching or Neurofeedback).

This allows us to clarify your needs and define the most appropriate approach for you.

Practical details:

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.

All sessions are fully confidential, with standard ethical exceptions in cases of risk.
