I am a Life Coach and Neurofeedback Practitioner supporting adults — both with and without Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) — who want to enhance focus, balance, and emotional wellbeing.

My work is informed by contemporary neuroscience and incorporates tools inspired by psychology, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, NLP, and prefrontal dialogue.

These methods are applied strictly within a coaching context to help clients better understand their cognitive and emotional patterns and develop practical strategies for everyday functioning. They are not used for therapy, diagnosis, or the treatment of mental illness.

All coaching practices are aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) framework, and I uphold its professional and ethical standards in all client interactions. Each session combines structure with empathy, creating a supportive environment that fosters improved concentration, motivation, and emotional regulation. The process promotes clarity, stability, and self-confidence, empowering clients to move toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Practical Coaching Session Information:

Each coaching session lasts 45 minutes and is priced at 50 EUR, payable directly via DoctorAnytime at the time of reservation. Upon confirmation of your booking, a Zoom link will be sent to your email address for use on the day of your session. After the session has concluded, an invoice will be issued to your email as formal proof of payment.

Cancellation and Modification Policy:

All sessions must be cancelled or modified at least 72 hours in advance, in accordance with the policy. Cancellations made after this period will be charged the full session fee. Modifications requested after the 72-hour window—such as changing the session time on the same day—can no longer be accommodated.
