As an educator and systemic therapist, I will welcome you (alone, as a couple or as a family) in a setting that I hope will be secure enough for you to confidentially and confidently share your questions about the difficulties you are experiencing (relational, behavioral or emotional). For more than ten years, I have worked as an educator in a residential center for children and adolescents where many families and young people who were experiencing complex and difficult situations were welcomed. I consider my experience as an educator and family worker trained in the systemic approach and family therapy ( CEFORES - UCL), as well as my personal life path as a toolbox that I put at your disposal. I will be at your side to accompany and support you for as long as you feel necessary. For that, together, we will be brought to look at your family history, past and present, common and individual, to question your relational modes and patterns (often inherited from previous generations) and to open sometimes an emotional and symbolic dimension through therapeutic "games" that you will analyze in my company. I hope to allow you a better understanding of your situation in order to achieve the changes you wish.

Je m’appelle Aurore Soccio j’ai 41 ans. J’ai la chance d’être l’heureuse maman de trois filles dont l’une est extraordinaire. Je suis enseignante depuis bientôt vingt et un an et je m’épanouis dans cette profession offrant des challenges et une remise en question perpétuels. La méditation de pleine conscience est venue à moi par hasard, lors d’une période de ma vie où tout était tumulte. Après un cycle de MBSR (Mindfull based stress réduction – réduction du stress basée sur la pleine conscience), j’ai trouvé utile de transmettre cette façon de vivre enfouie en nous. C’est pour cette raison que j’ai décidé de me former afin d’être outillée pour animer des groupes d’enfants, d’adolescents et d’adultes. Je suis ce chemin depuis bientôt cinq ans et mon expérience grandit chaque jour, nourrie par les beaux échanges des participants de mes ateliers menés actuellement dans l’école où j’enseigne et à la demande. Qu’est la pleine conscience ? La MBSR est une pratique thérapeutique validée scientifiquement et pratiquée pour traiter différemment différentes pathologies telles que la douleur, le stress, l’hyperactivité, l’insomnie, la rechute dépressive, … Inspirée du bouddhisme, cette forme de méditation est laïcisée. Son créateur est Jon Kabat-Zinn, professeur de médecine en biologie moléculaire à l’université de Massachusetts. Ce médecin est aussi le fondateur et directeur de la clinique de la Réduction du Stress. Cette pratique permet de découvrir comment notre activité mentale fonctionne. Des activités de psychoéducation (ludiques) adaptées à l’âge des participants et des méditations précises sont utilisées afin de leur permettre de comprendre leur activité neuronale : l’émergence des pensées, l’influence de celles-ci sur les émotions, le corps et les tendances à l’action. Tout le cycle vise à l’exploration et la découverte de notre mode de fonctionnement. Des petits exercices à domicile sont parfois demandés afin que les apprentis méditants puissent s’approprier la pratique progressivement. La méditation de pleine conscience a fait et fait encore l’objet d’analyses scientifiques. La technique d’imagerie cérébrale a montré des changements dans le cerveau des pratiquants experts et novices tels qu’une réorganisation neuronale, la musculation du cerveau, la création d’hormones du bien-être influant sur certaines zones du cerveau siège de l’attention, de la concentration et des émotions. Ces hormones viennent même influencer les comportements, tels que la prise de décisions altruistes.
