They offer emotional, psychological, and sometimes practical assistance to help individuals navigate the challenges and changes associated with pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. Perinatal counselors may address a wide range of issues, including prenatal anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship dynamics, and adjustment to parenthood. My goal is to promote mental health and well-being for both parents and babies during this critical time.
