I am a clinical psychologist recognized by the commission of psychologists (approval number: 912221778). I obtained my degree in psychology (research section) in 2014 at the ULiège. I continued my studies with a master in criminology obtained in 2016. After a year spent working in the field of youth work as a criminologist I realized that I felt hindered in the help I could provide. Therefore, I decided to take a final year of study in adult clinical psychology in order to be able to offer psychological follow-up for individuals, couples or families and to get as close as possible to the human character of the helping relationship. I am currently working at the Psy Pluriel center in Liege where I offer follow-ups for adults from 18 years old. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy but I also have the skills and tools to adapt to the requests and the people who ask for help. The help I offer covers different issues such as anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, phobias ...), work on self-confidence / self-esteem / self-affirmation, stress management, emotional dependence, interpersonal problems or any other subject that concerns the person. I am also trained in EMDR which is a therapy centered on trauma, it allows to soothe the emotional knots resulting from one or more traumatic events in order to be able to integrate this into one's life path. I work mainly with individuals. Couple or family sessions are also possible. Passionate about my work, I am constantly training myself, in the "to come" section you can see my imminent projects. What can a psychological follow-up bring to you ? First of all, an attentive, neutral and benevolent ear. Indeed, the psychologist is a neutral person who will listen to you without judging you. This will allow you to put your feelings into words, in a way that will allow you to objectify them, to take a step back and to find courses of action in the company of a neutral third party and in a neutral place as well. It is true that it can be pleasant and reassuring to confide in friends or family, but they know you and even with the best of intentions they may see your situation with filters concerning what they know about you. Sometimes they live with you, so there may be biases on their side and you may be reluctant to describe your situation for fear of offending someone, for example. A psychologist does not know you and has no preconceived ideas about you, this new perspective is a real asset. En effet, quelles que soient vos difficultés, il existe une ou plusieurs techniques thérapeutiques, une ou plusieurs clefs pour vous en délester et vous rendre votre souveraineté.

Psychologist Lise Stockx is part of the multidisciplinary group practice Think Outside in Gavere-Asper. She is a clinical psychologist and works with children, adolescents and adults. From an early age, she had a special interest in stories. She read one book after the other and when she learned to write in the first grade, she started writing her own stories. As she grew older, this interest developed into a curiosity about the doings of people and the stories of individuals. This was the reason for her to study psychology. You can contact her when you have the feeling that you are stuck, that you have lost your overview or that you can no longer find a thread that gives you something to hold on to (by mourning, loss, trauma, depression, ...). Together with you, she wants to look for that overview again, for new perspectives and for your thread. She does this by following your story and needs, as a travel companion with a gentle, listening ear and a great, genuine curiosity. By working creatively and experientially (for example through images, music, movement, psychodrama, ...) she makes with you the step from talking to feeling. In this way you get to know yourself in new ways and step by step we come closer to your strength. You can consider the therapy room as a safe place to experiment with this.

Psychologue clinicienne diplômée de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, et en formation en psychothérapie, je peux vous recevoir en consultation individuelle à 381, Avenue Rogier à 1030 Schaerbeek. Vous trouverez à ma consultation un cadre chaleureux, une écoute bienveillante et non-jugeante, indispensable pour l’accompagnement psychologique donc vous avez besoin. Vous pouvez me consulter pour diverses problématiques telles que : stress, anxiété, burn-out, affirmation de soi, gestion des émotions, deuil pathologique, traumatisme, dépression, addictions, troubles de la personnalité, soutient à la parentalité, etc. Je reçois sur rendez-vous uniquement les adultes et les adolescents.

Ma pratique de psychologue clinicienne d’orientation analytique s’est enrichie par des spécialisations (tests projectifs, Somatic Experiencing, Neuro Affective Relational Model…). Cela me permet de disposer de plusieurs outils afin d’adapter l’accompagnement aux besoins de chaque personne. Je propose, pour les jeunes adultes et les adultes, un espace d’écoute bienveillant et sécurisant, favorisant l’expression et la compréhension des difficultés, ainsi qu’un travail thérapeutique visant à soutenir le développement personnel et les ressources propres à chacun.

I'm a psychologist graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain. I spent more than 10 years in the business world where I had the opportunity to observe people facing change, conflict situations, burnout and the desire for professional retraining. I was also interested in the dynamics that exist between hierarchical superiors, employees as well as that of colleagues among themselves. ​ Today, in addition to my Master's degree in psychology, I am a certified coach and I support you in requests such as: ​ 1. I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).
