You may feel like you can’t catch your breath anymore: too much stress, thoughts going in circles, restless nights, or simply a sense of exhaustion without really knowing why. These difficulties are common, but you don’t have to go through them alone.


I am a psychologist, and I work with adults and young adults online, wherever you are in Belgium. My role is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can put words to what you are experiencing and move towards greater clarity and calm.


My approach is both human and practical: together we explore your emotions, thoughts and behaviours, and I provide you with concrete tools inspired by cognitive-behavioural therapies (CBT). The goal is not only to talk, but also to find tangible ways to ease your daily life and help you move forward.


I work in particular with:


  • Stress and anxiety that take over your daily life
  • Burnout and emotional fatigue
  • Sleep difficulties and ruminations
  • Lack of self-confidence or the feeling of being stuck



In addition to general psychological consultations, I also offer:


  • Career development assessments, to clarify your professional goals
  • Personality assessments, to better understand your strengths and functioning
  • Career & professional development coaching, to overcome obstacles and progress in your career
  • Couples therapy, to improve communication and strengthen relationships



Sessions last 60 minutes (or 90 minutes for couples) and take place online. The setting is simple, flexible and confidential. I also offer a solidarity rate (students, unemployed, etc.) upon proof of status.

    Where should I go for ADHD disorder. I have problems about concentration and focusing on a single task and also cant help thinkin of thousands thoughts and getting distracted

    • Hello
      Regarding ADHD, I would suggest visiting a neuropsychologist directly (you can find excellent practionners on this website). They are specialised in evaluating cognitive functions such as attention, memory and planification, to list a few examples.
      They will be more than able to help you in evaluating what's troubling you.

    • I would like to recommend Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It's an evidence-based program that integrates elements of cognitive therapy with mindfulness practices. It has been shown to be effective in preventing the recurrence of depression and reducing symptoms of anxiety, as well as burnout. A study on the effectiveness of MBCT on burnout symptoms in British doctors has revealed that after treatment, emotional exhaustion (the central dimension of burnout) was reduced and personal accomplishment scores were increased (Hamilton-West et al., 2018).

      For a ADHD diagnosis, I would recommend a neuropsychologist (they specialise in cognitive functioning) or a neurologist (a medical doctor).
      Both are specialised in diagnosing and treating ADHD.
