I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I integrate this approach with other brief therapies to which I have been trained. Over the last 7 years of field experience, I have been able to support people in suffering in various contexts (psychological crisis interventions, penitentiary environments, hospitals and consulting rooms). My consultations cover a wide range of psychopathologies. As a neuroscientist fascinated by the human brain, I approached the complexity and delicacy of the psyche by participating in research projects, training and working as a neuropsychologist, notably through cognitive assessments to assess certain disorders. neurodivergents such as, for example, attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity (ADHD). After graduating in clinical psychology at the ULB, Florianne Siegrist trained in family and systemic therapy at the CEFS (Center for Family and System Studies), then in brief therapy and hypnosis with Thierry Melchior. She has also been trained in RTP (Reassociative Trauma Psychotherapy) with Gerald Brassine. She consults in French, English and receives school children, teenagers, adults, couples and families in her private practice in Dion le Val, near Wavre and Louvain la Neuve. Ms. Kints is a psychologist with over 10 years of experience. She is a clinical psychologist and offers consultations for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. She has a degree in psychology obtained in 2000, as well as a diploma of complementary studies obtained in 2001. She is also specialized as a family and couple therapist. She is a member of several associations and also performs psychotherapy thanks to her various trainings. With more than 10 years of experience in family planning and in private practice, she will be happy to receive you and help you during the consultations she offers in her private practice in Braine-Le-Château.

Psychologue clinicienne conventionnée diplômée de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, je suis titulaire d’un master en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie.

Je reçois des adultes, adolescents et couples pour un accompagnement psychologique adapté à chaque situation et chaque personnalité.

Je suis spécialisée dans la prise en charge des addictions, des troubles du comportement alimentaire, ainsi que dans la gestion du stress, de l’anxiété et des difficultés relationnelles ou familiales.

Mon approche est intégrative, ce qui me permet d’adapter mes outils thérapeutiques à la demande et aux besoins spécifiques de chacun.

En parallèle, étant également coach sportif, j’intègre lorsque cela est pertinent une dimension psychocorporelle au suivi. Cette approche permet de reconnecter l’esprit et le corps, notamment dans les problématiques liées à l’image de soi, à la régulation émotionnelle ou à la reconstruction après un traumatisme.
