Clinical psychologist with a systemic and psychoanalytical orientation, I offer individual consultations (children, adolescents, adults) or family consultations in order to carry out, with you, a deep analysis and understanding of the problems encountered which led you to consult me. My specializations : - Accompaniment/support for parenthood - Work on the individual family history which may or may not have been traumatic and which may or may not leave traces on the current functioning - Accompaniment and support for children and adolescents showing signs of suffering/unwell-being and who may or may not have developed behavioral problems - Welcoming any person in psychological suffering who wishes to take stock of their situation and feel listened to (stress, anxiety, questioning...) My attraction to accompanying parenthood has led me to train as a baby massage consultant. I offer parents the possibility to learn specific massage gestures for relaxation and care of their baby. Master en doctor in de psychologie, erkend klinisch psycholoog en klinisch neuropsycholoog. Mijn verhaal brengt me terug naar 2012, toen ik mijn master klinische psychologie behaalde aan de Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Ik was altijd al geïnteresseerd in de veranderbare aspecten van onze persoonlijkheid. Ik kreeg er de kans om een doctoraat te behalen in de persoonlijkheidspsychologie. Hierdoor heb ik een theoretische expertise opgebouwd in persoonlijkheidsdiagnostiek doorheen de levensloop. Prestaties zichtbaar maken is echter niet waar mijn hart van oplaait. Deze kennis gebruiken om mensen effectief te helpen is waar mijn echte passie ligt. ​ Vanuit mijn interesse voor de invloed van de hersenen op ons gedrag heb ik een postgraduaat klinische neuropsychologie voltooid (VUB, 2020). Deze opleiding zorgde voor verdieping in cognitieve functies die aan de basis liggen van persoonlijkheidseigenschappen en veerkracht, en stelt me bovendien in staat om ook mensen met een neurologische aandoening psychologisch te begeleiden. ​ Sinds 2021 heb ik mijn kabinet als zelfstandig klinisch psycholoog in Gooik en sinds 2022 ook in Moorsel (Aalst) en Ninove. Hier voel ik me op mijn best. Ik krijg energie van mensen te helpen door de ideale omstandigheden te creëren zodat die persoon kan schitteren.

Trained in CBT, I specialize in anxiety, mood, OCD, panic, bipolar, and psychotic disorders. Employing a warm, collaborative approach, I aim to equip you with the necessary tools for long-term mental well-being.

Psychologue clinicienne agréée à la Commission belge des Psychologues, référencée au numéro 932226806, je suis diplômée d'un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles. Je suis également coach de vie et coach pédagogique. Il est important pour moi de m'outiller au mieux et dans différents domaines afin de vous pour proposer un accompagnement le plus complet possible. J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique car il m'est primordial de travailler sur le fond et sur la source du problème. Cependant, je trouve important de vous proposer un accompagnement proactif, c'est pour cette raison que j'ai ajouté le coaching à mon arc. Travailler sur le fond tout en s'outillant de petites tâches à accomplir au quotidien est donc ma manière d'aborder le travail thérapeutique.
