Psychologue diplômée, j’exerce en tant qu’indépendante au sein de mon cabinet, où j’accompagne adolescents, adultes et couples dans une démarche d’écoute, de compréhension et de changement.

Mon approche se veut bienveillante, personnalisée et centrée sur la relation thérapeutique. Ainsi, il peut s'agir d'un accompagnement ponctuel comme d'un accompagnement sur du plus long therme.

Spécialisée en psychologie clinique, j’interviens sur diverses problématiques telles que l'addiction, l’anxiété, la dépression, les troubles relationnels, les transitions de vie (divorce, naissance, deuil,...) ou encore les questionnements identitaires.

Chaque accompagnement est unique : je propose un cadre sécurisant et confidentiel pour permettre à chacun d’exprimer ses difficultés, d’explorer ses ressources, et d’avancer à son rythme vers un mieux-être.

Je consulte en français et en espagnol, en présentiel à Laeken. La vidéo consultation est également possible si nécessaire.

Psychologue clinicienne, coach de vie et sexologue, je vous accueille individuellement ou en couple dans un espace d'écoute et de parole libre, sans jugement ni tabou. Mon intention est de vous rencontrer là où vous en êtes et de vous accompagner, à votre rythme, vers vos objectifs.

Chaque séance est pour moi un moment privilégié pour prendre soin de vous et de vos relations. C'est l'occasion de faire une pause, de vous libérer de ce qui vous pèse et d’analyser vos modes de fonctionnement.

Je propose un accompagnement sur les sujets suivants pour des adultes (à partir de 18 ans) :

- Burn-out (épuisement professionnel) ; bore-out

- Gestion de l’anxiété et du stress

- Sentiment de mal-être ou de manque de sens

- État dépressif

- Estime de soi fragilisée et rapport difficile avec votre corps

- Problèmes relationnels et de communication

- Difficultés ou questionnements dans votre vie sexuelle (baisse de désir, anorgasmie, vaginisme/dyspareunie, éjaculation prématurée, trouble de l'érection, anéjaculation)

Mon approche se veut douce et bienveillante, tout en étant orientée vers l'action. Je m’appuie sur diverses approches théoriques et pratiques telles que la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC) et la thérapie mosaic.

Je vous reçois tous les lundis et mardis dans mon cabinet à Uccle et les vendredis au Centre Médical MesaCosa à la Chasse.

Tout rendez-vous annulé moins de 48h à l’avance sera dû.

Frédérique Eberhaerd, clinical psychologist graduated from the UCL, welcomes you in her office in rue Egide Winteroy 19A in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe. Thanks to her experience in psychiatric institutions, she will be able to treat anxiety disorders, emotional management, depression, affective disorders, low self-esteem, etc. She is passionate about mental health and psychological well-being. She takes a great interest in the well-being of her patients. She listens to her patients in a caring and trustworthy manner. Sybille de Ribaucourt is a clinical psychologist (2000) trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Compassion Therapy. She will be available every Thursday at the Health Initiative and Transformation Center between 1:00 and 6:00 pm. Ms. de Ribaucourt specializes in a number of areas including stress management and difficult emotions, professional and parental burn-outs as well as depression, anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, difficulties in adapting to illness such as cancer, diabetes, tinnitus, Covid-19, Crohn's disease, digestive disorders, chronic pain, etc.

Psychologist specializing in neuropsychology. I mainly support children and adolescents with cognitive, behavioral and/or academic difficulties (ADHD, HPI, learning disabilities), as well as their parents. I also accompany university students for work methodology sessions. I carry out intellectual, attentional and/or neuropsychological assessments for children/teenagers and adults. I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology obtained from the Free University of Brussels in 2021, and a master's degree in Neuropsychology obtained from the University of Maastricht in 2022. I attach great importance to continuing education in order to continue to learn new things and improve my practice. I am trained in parental guidance (CPIM), in mental management and metacognition (work methodology), and I am currently completing a 2-year university course at the University of Liège in Cognitive Intervention. I worked as a neuropsychologist in a primary healthcare center in Namur in 2022 following an internship in infant-juvenile neuropsychology, and I have currently been practicing since January 2023 in a multidisciplinary neuropediatric center (La Manivelle) in Brabant Walloon. I have been working since March 2023 every Wednesday at the Mimosa-Churchill center and welcome you there with pleasure.
