Psychologists in Brussels

Graduated in psychology and educational sciences in 2009, I have worked in various sectors of clinical psychology. I first worked with children and adolescents suffering from autism, psychosis and severe neurosis, and then opened my own practice. Trained in psychoanalytical and systemic practices, I now work both as a clinical manager in a child psychiatric hospital and as a psychotherapist with a varied patient base, children, adolescents or adults, in individual, couple and/or family settings. I treat various psychological disorders (attachment disorders, addiction, depression, anxiety, burn-out, school drop-out, autism spectrum disorders, psychotic disorders, ...).

Je vous propose une rencontre dans un cadre serein et respectueux, autour d’une approche issue du courant humaniste. Cette approche, également appelée “centrée sur la personne”, accorde une importance primordiale à l'empathie et au potentiel humain. Elle me permet de vous accompagner dans la compréhension de vous-même, dans le dépassement de vos difficultés et dans l’émergence de vos ressources personnelles.

Mon objectif est de vous accueillir dans ce nouvel espace où vous pouvez déposer ce qui vous pèse, dans un climat de bienveillance, et de bénéficier d’un suivi adapté à votre rythme et à vos besoins. 

Diplômé d’un Master en Psychologie clinique et Psychopathologie, ainsi que d’un Master en Neuropsychologie et développement cognitif, j’accorde également une attention particulière aux dimensions cognitives, attentionnelles et neurologiques qui peuvent influencer votre quotidien.

Psychologue clinicienne diplômée de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, j’accompagne les adultes au sein des centres BrainCair Bruxelles, dans le respect du rythme, des besoins et de l’unicité de chaque personne.

Mon accompagnement s'inscrit dans une approche structurée et collaborative, orientée vers des objectifs concrets pour renforcer l'autonomie de chacun.

Je suis formée et supervisée selon le protocole CARE, développé par Madame Meryeme Khaled. Cette approche vise à offrir un cadre de soin sécurisant, structuré et bienveillant, tout en fournissant des repères clairs et des outils concrets favorisant l’autonomie et le mieux-être durable.

Je propose un accompagnement pour des difficultés telles que l’anxiété, la dépression et le stress. Les séances sont collaboratives, orientées vers des objectifs définis ensemble, et s’inscrivent dans une démarche visant à renforcer les ressources personnelles et la capacité d’adaptation de chacun·e.

Au centre BrainCair, je vous accompagne avec douceur, engagement et bienveillance, afin de mettre des mots sur ce que vous traversez et de construire, ensemble, un chemin vers plus d’équilibre, de clarté et de sérénité.

In my practice in Brussels I receive adults for individual therapy. The issues with which I work the most are addictions, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, migratory grief of expats, stress, as well as problems of couple, sexuality, and problems related to the acceptance of sexual orientation and gender identity (LGBTIQ+). Psychotherapy is a very useful tool for people suffering from depression, anxiety or worry over a prolonged period of time, by people who see that they have problems that are affecting their physical and emotional well-being or people who do not see themselves capable of facing an event such as a new job, a divorce or mourning for the loss of a family member.

Mr. Jeromy Hrabovecky is a psychologist and neuropsychologist graduated from the Free University of Brussels. He specializes in emotions and mood, cognitive assessments and trauma. Holder of masters' degrees in Psychology, neuropsychology and Victimology and Psycho-traumatology, he will accompany you in his office located at Central Station, Rue des Colonnies 11.

Laura Pereira Moita is an adult clinical psychologist, trained in psychotraumatology. Her practice is called "integrative" and is inspired by cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies with a particular interest in relational dynamics. A space for free speech is offered to you, tailored to your needs and expectations. In order to respond to current health measures, remote consultations are also organized (by phone calls or videoconferences) on weekdays, in addition to face-to-face consultations. His private practice is located in the heart of Brussels (Central Station) and is very well connected. After having taken some time to get to know each other, concrete methods will be proposed to you, made to measure for and with you, at your own pace, on the themes that concern you.
