My work as a sports physiotherapist covers all the pathologies associated with sporting activities, with the aim of preventing and treating injuries to joints and muscles, as well as postoperative injuries. I have a wealth of experience working in sports clubs (football, boxing, triathlon, surfing, etc.) and I help my patients to get back into shape and improve their well-being, whether they are top-level sportsmen and women or amateurs. I work with people of all ages and rub shoulders with many professional and amateur sportspeople. My role is to help you get back into sport and competition.

I have a vision of physiotherapy as being teamwork between the therapist and the patient, in a healthy and trusting environment. I am dynamic, empathetic and conscientious by nature, I am keen to provide the best care, I am continually training.

Graduated with a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at ULB, practitioner Estelle Janssens has also specialized in sports pathologies since September 2022. She will thus be able to take care of sports injuries, but also takes care of general, orthopedic and rheumatological consultations. , and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. Juliette Saupic graduated in Physical Therapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2017. She is specialized in general and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy. In addition, her training in myo-aponeurotic hooking and taping are complementary tools integrated to her practice. Thanks to her four years of experience at the HCMC Medical Center in Watermael-Boitsfort (tendinopathies, low back pain, chronic pain, sprains, ...), at home (Parkinson, walking rehabilitation, post-surgery, ...), and at the Intensive Care Unit of the Saint-Jean Clinic (heavy revalidations, cardio-respiratory physiotherapy), she has acquired an expertise that she applies with gentleness and listening. Her therapeutic approach aims to treat while empowering patients. The 30-minute consultations are open every Monday and Thursday afternoon at the Konkel Center for Integrative Medicine. En tant que kinésithérapeute, j’adopte une approche centrée sur le patient, en l’impliquant activement dans son processus de soin. Je privilégie une rééducation personnalisée, fondée sur des données scientifiques (evidence-based practice), tout en restant attentif aux besoins spécifiques de chacun.

J’exerce dans deux cabinets :

• l’un situé à Molenbeek, dans un environnement calme et accessible,

• l’autre au sein de la salle Basic-Fit Rogier (1210 Bruxelles), pour une prise en charge dynamique et orientée vers le mouvement fonctionnel.

Je traite une grande diversité de patients : sportifs, personnes âgées, patients postopératoires, ainsi que toute personne souhaitant améliorer sa mobilité ou son bien-être global.

Lors de la première consultation, une anamnèse approfondie et un bilan fonctionnel complet permettent de définir ensemble des objectifs concrets. Chaque séance est ensuite construite sur mesure, selon ces objectifs, dans une atmosphère bienveillante et motivante.

Je me forme continuellement pour offrir des soins actualisés et efficaces. Je prévois de me spécialiser en thérapie manuelle et en kinésithérapie sportive. J’ai déjà suivi des formations spécifiques telles que la Fibrolyse myo-aponévrotique par technique de crochetage et le Blood Flow Restriction Training.

Mes services incluent la rééducation fonctionnelle, les massages thérapeutiques et les techniques de mobilisation, dans un cadre professionnel où écoute, empathie et communication sont au cœur de ma pratique.

Kinésithérapeute général et du sport, je prends en charge toutes les pathologies nécessitant une rééducation fonctionnelle. Mon expérience en milieu sportif, notamment au Standard de Liège, me permet d'offrir un accompagnement précis et adapté, que ce soit pour une blessure aiguë, un testing, une douleur chronique ou une optimisation de la performance.

Kinésithérapeute passionnée par la pédiatrie depuis le début de mes études, j’ai développé une expérience grâce à mes stages et à mes premières prises en charge en tant que professionnelle. Cela me permet aujourd’hui de proposer un accompagnement adapté aux besoins spécifiques pédiatriques.

Attentive et à l’écoute, j’adapte toujours mon approche thérapeutique en fonction des besoins spécifiques de chaque enfant. Je m’efforce d’explorer différentes techniques et approches, dans le respect de mes compétences, afin d’optimiser les résultats.

Curieuse et engagée, je suis en recherche constante de formations complémentaires pour enrichir mes connaissances et améliorer ma pratique.

La collaboration thérapeutique que je propose repose sur le bien-être de l’enfant et le respect de ses capacités. Elle s’articule autour d’exercices ludiques, d’un accompagnement global, y compris en dehors des séances, et de temps d’échange réguliers.

Kinésithérapeute récemment diplômée, je propose des séances de kinésithérapie générale adaptées à chaque patient.

Ma pratique repose sur un équilibre entre la thérapie manuelle et la rééducation sportive, afin de soulager la douleur, améliorer la mobilité et favoriser une récupération durable.

Je m’intéresse particulièrement aux cervicalgies et aux troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire (ATM), domaines dans lesquels je suivrai une formation en juin 2026.
