Practitioner Ayhan KARATAY is a physical therapist with a master's degree in general physical therapy from the Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci (Parnasse-ISEI). Practicing since 2018 in his private practice in Brussels (rue des Patriotes 48), he also holds a diploma in podology. You can consult him for a post-operative revalidation, orthopedic treatment, rehabilitation, back pain, kypho-scoliosis, joint problems or sports injuries. He is also able to provide care for back sprains, trauma disorders, back, neck, hand and wrist pain. Young dynamic, empathetic and very involved physiotherapist, I like to take care of my patients as a whole. Treatments and active revalidation are essential in my practice, guided by movement and by the objectives set with the patient, so that he can recover all his abilities. Convinced that good physical health is essential for mental well-being, my treatments are adapted and individualized to each patient. I mainly deal with musculoskeletal disorders, lower back pain, neurological and cardio-respiratory disorders in both children and adults.

Je suis un jeune kinésithérapeute diplômé, passionné par les sciences et les sports de force. Je m’efforce de rester constamment à jour sur les dernières avancées scientifiques afin d’intégrer des pratiques basées sur des preuves dans mes soins. Spécialisé dans la musculation, le powerlifting et le cross-training, je comprends les besoins spécifiques de ces disciplines, qu’il s’agisse de performance, de prévention ou de rééducation. Mon objectif est d’accompagner mes patients de manière personnalisée tout en leur transmettant des connaissances utiles pour optimiser leur santé et leurs résultats sur le long terme.

J’utilise mes compétences, appuyées par des bilans précis et détaillés, afin de mettre en place un plan de traitement personnalisé, répondant au mieux à vos attentes.

Diplômée en Kinésithérapie et Réadaptation de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), je vous accueille au sein du cabinet VIMECO, situé à Laeken. Ma pratique est guidée par une volonté constante de perfectionnement afin d’offrir à mes patients les techniques les plus adaptées.

Si ma formation me permet de prendre en charge des affections orthopédiques générales et respiratoires pour tous les âges, j'ai développé une expertise spécifique dans les domaines suivants :

-Kinésithérapie Pédiatrique : Accompagnement des nouveau-nés, enfants et adolescents (neuro-développement et orthopédie pédiatrique).

-Sphère Périnatale : Soins pré et postnataux, ainsi que rééducation abdominale.

Je privilégie une approche bio psychosociale, chaque traitement est une collaboration. En plaçant l'écoute au centre de ma pratique, je m'assure d'une prise en charge globale qui tient compte de votre environnement et de vos objectifs personnels pour un rétablissement durable.

Graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK in 2018, I specialize in sports physiotherapy, ortho-traumatology, hand/wrist. The treatments offered are mainly active, attentive to patients and personalized according to your needs. I am a licensed physiotherapist (this means that the price of the session is higher than the price of the INAMI and therefore the reimbursement will be lower). For VIPO/BIM people, the rates and reimbursements will be those of INAMI.

Having obtained a master's degree in physical education at the Free University of Brussels, I naturally moved towards physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a discipline in which I graduated in 2022. While working, I undertook a specialization master's degree in sports physiotherapy in order to combine the two professions. This concluded positively in 2023. The different skills acquired allow me, if necessary, to offer my patients a specific rehabilitation program. Dynamic and attentive, I also take care of different types of pathology: orthopedics, traumatology, cardio-respiratory revalidation, geriatrics, neurology, etc.
