I have perfected my knowledge by training in GPR, global postural re-education (muscle chain). This practice allows me to rebalance muscular tensions, to favour a better positioning, which decreases pain in the long term. GPR allows a global vision of the patient. Continuous training is essential for me, which is why I am currently training in Osteopathy (CBO). The aim of this practice is to restore mobility in all the tissues of the body in order to ensure optimal physiological function.
