Les difficultés rencontrées peuvent toucher à différents domaines tels que : la dépression, l’anxiété, les problématiques identitaires, les problématiques relationnelles, la gestion des émotions, l’estime de soi/confiance en soi, le deuil, les traumas, les plaintes psychosomatiques,...

Hello, I am an approved and supervised clinical psychologist, with a master’s degree from the Free University of Brussels. Trained in the impact of the COVID pandemic, in supporting people experiencing burnout and in psychological assessments, I offer follow-up in French or English to adults and teenagers. My therapeutic approach is intended to be inclusive and active both in listening and in discussions, it is part of an integrative approach and adapts to your pace. Together we create your space for speech and security in an empathetic and caring framework. In sessions, if necessary, I use various media to support expression, such as metaphors, photo-expression, role-playing, Dixit or even drawing. In person or by video conference, you choose the place that suits you best to meet. I welcome you Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and every other Saturday until 6 p.m. at my office located in the Ama Sana center, rue Borrens n° 37 in 1050 Ixelles or by video consultation .

I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. En parallèle de ma pratique indépendante, j’exerce depuis plusieurs années comme psychologue au sein d’une maison de repos, ce qui nourrit ma sensibilité aux enjeux du vieillissement, aux relations familiales et à la singularité de chaque parcours de vie. 

Soucieuse d’élargir encore ma vision clinique, j’entamerai un troisième cycle en psychothérapie systémique dès septembre 2026. 

Mon objectif est d'offrir un accompagnement complet, humain et accessible, où chacune et chacun peut trouver écoute, soutien et outils pour avancer à son rythme et suivant ses besoins.​

Diplômée d’un master en psychologie clinique à l’ULB, j’ai poursuivi mon parcours à l’UCLouvain où j’ai obtenu un master de spécialisation en cliniques psychothérapeutiques intégrées. Je poursuis aujourd’hui ma formation en psychothérapie intégrative (à dominante TCC) au sein de la même université.

Mon approche s’enrichit de ces différentes influences, tout en restant profondément ancrée dans l’écoute, la présence et la dimension humaine de la rencontre thérapeutique.

J’accorde une place importante à l’accueille des émotions, à la reconnexion à soi et à la possibilité de retrouver un équilibre plus apaisé et plus juste.
