Passionnée depuis toujours par la psychologie et les mécanismes qui régissent le fonctionnement humain ainsi que les relations interpersonnelles, j’ai rapidement su que ma voie professionnelle se trouvait dans ce domaine.

Titulaire d’un Master en psychologie clinique de l’enfant, de l’adolescent et de la famille, j’ai choisi de compléter ma formation par un second Master en neuropsychologie afin d’approfondir mes connaissances et d’enrichir ma pratique.

Ces deux spécialités, étroitement liées et complémentaires, me permettent aujourd’hui de proposer un accompagnement global, centré sur la compréhension du fonctionnement cognitif et émotionnel de chaque individu. Mon objectif est d’aider les patients à mieux se connaître et à trouver des solutions adaptées aux difficultés qu’ils rencontrent au quotidien.

Je réalise des bilans développementaux, attentionnels et cognitifs à destination des enfants et adolescents. Ces évaluations permettent de mieux cerner les besoins spécifiques de chacun et d’orienter, si nécessaire, vers une prise en charge personnalisée.

Je propose également un accompagnement familial, afin de faire le point sur la situation et de vous guider vers des moyens d’apaiser les éventuelles tensions, de favoriser le dialogue et de renforcer la dynamique positive au sein de votre famille. De plus, formée au Burn-out Parental, nous pourrons discuter des éventuelles difficultés que vous rencontrez dans votre rôle de parent et trouver ensemble les moyens qui vous permettrons de vous épanouir dans ce rôle et les joies qu’il peut apporter.

Si vous souhaitez mieux comprendre le fonctionnement de votre enfant, le vôtre ou celui de votre famille, nous prendrons le temps d’échanger sur les difficultés observées, d’en identifier les origines possibles et de définir ensemble les actions les plus appropriées pour un accompagnement au quotidien.

Je vous reçois tous les lundis et mardis dans mon cabinet à Uccle et les vendredis au Centre Médical MesaCosa à la Chasse.

Elle a d'abord suivi une formation à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en Psychologie clinique pour être diplômé en 2013; puis a choisi de poursuivre un cursus à Ichec Entreprise pour développer des compétence de management; enfin, de 2016 à 2019 elle a rejoint le CFNA où elle a été diplômé en Psychologie systémique (2016), Ostéopathie bio-énergétique (2017), Nutrithérapie (2019). Toutes ces formations lui permettent d'apporter les meilleures solutions possibles à ses patients. Ma pratique en Planning Familial et mes formations m'ont permis de développer une éthique inclusive basée sur la singularité des personnes que je rencontre. Dans mon écoute, je combine une compréhension reposant prioritairement sur la logique subjective de l'individu, à des repères théoriques allant des enseignements historiques de la psychanalyse aux dernières découvertes des neurosciences.

My clinical training began as an intern in clinical psychology at the psychiatric unit within "Hospital General de Agudos Dr. Teodoro Alvarez" (Buenos Aires, 4years), ending up as Instructor of interns (1 year). Along the following decades, I've been working in the private medical health sector (+10 years) I consider continuous training as the basis of my clinical performance being my practice oriented by evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral treatments (CBT), and neuropsychology applied to mental health problems. During the meetings, a central place is given to defining problems, goals and approaches. As a team of work both client and therapist, work collaboratively with an active participation in the process. I´m a native Spanish speaker.
