I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).

Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. J’accompagne autour des notions de limites, consentement et communication, essentielles pour retrouver une relation apaisée à soi, à son corps et à l’autre. Mon travail s’adresse aussi à toute personne souhaitant développer une sexualité épanouie, dépasser certaines croyances, mieux se connaître ou améliorer la relation à son/sa partenaire.

Ensemble, nous explorons la reconnexion à soi, le désir, l’amour et l’estime de soi, ainsi que la communication et l’enrichissement de la vie affective et intime. Chaque parcours étant unique, je veille à trouver l’accompagnement le plus adapté pour favoriser votre santé sexuelle et relationnelle.
