Graduated with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree specializing in osteopathy at the ULB, I will see you for diagnosis and treatment manual for your pain. My training includes both a solid scientific theoretical base, as well as varied techniques, ranging from joint manipulations to so-called “gentle” techniques. I take the time to listen to you in order to understand the complexity of your clinical history and I respect your requests (phobia of manipulation, modesty, etc.).

Specialist in low FODMAP diet, weight loss, diabetes and cholesterol. Believing strongly that eating should remain a pleasure, I am not a fan of restrictive diets. Contrary to popular belief, a restrictive diet is not the solution to losing weight, lowering cholesterol levels, or lowering blood sugar levels in diabetes. This is not the solution in most illnesses. The solution lies in a balanced diet. Take care of your body, this is the only place you have to live. I accompany you throughout the process. We will work together to achieve an optimal result. The goal is not to impose a strict diet on you but rather a gradual adaptation of your diet and your lifestyle. The goal is, for you, to manage yourself a healthy diet adapted to your body and your needs and this for a lifetime. Thanks to nutrigenetics, you can ask for custom-made nutritional advice, based on your genetic profile.

Graduated from ULB after 6 years of training (a bachelor's degree and 2 master's degrees), I welcome you for your pain and/or blockages of the musculoskeletal system; namely everything relating to muscles, joints and nerves. You are therefore welcome for any acute or chronic problem of low back pain, neck pain, jaw pain/clicking, after-effects of sprains, contractures, inter-costal neuralgia… I also offer support for the pregnancy as well as relief from abdominal pain linked to stress or organic pathologies (Crohn's, UCHR, gastrointestinal reflux). Osteopathy has also demonstrated its effectiveness in the treatment of tension headaches, which are headaches caused by lack of sleep, stress or poor posture. My personal journey made me discover osteopathy by chance. Since childhood, I have always been attracted to the medical field and the art of healing. But in a situation where conventional medicine and medications could not help me, it was thanks to osteopathy and the healing power of the hands that I was able to get better. So I wanted to study myself and learn how to “unblock” others without resorting to medication. I am also very interested in the psychological and emotional dimension of any illness, and this is among other things why I decided to take Chinese medicine courses at the same time at E.T.T.C. in Namur (I do not yet practice in this discipline). This different approach to the human body will allow me to deepen the holistic vision of the person and their illness. I pay particular attention to welcoming you with kindness and active listening, in order to allow the letting go and relaxation essential to healing. Brian Charbel graduated from the International Academy of Osteopathy as a D.O. Osteopath with high distinction in 2019. He began his career studying physical therapy at I.S.E.K. where he graduated in 2010 with high distinction. After specializing in traumatology and sports physiotherapy, he wanted to develop a more holistic approach to the body and first trained in manual therapy and Busquet Physiological Chains. He then went on to study osteopathy.
