Good nutrition is the starting point for good health and nutrition. But each person is unique. My role as a dietician is to optimize your diet, whether you are healthy or ill, by giving sound and scientifically validated advice. This takes into account your situation, your lifestyle & your health status. During our meetings, before giving the first advice, I will listen and evaluate, without judgment, your current eating habits. But it doesn't stop there. To make the advice a lasting part of your life, you need personalized support and follow-up to motivate, support and encourage you. I can also help you on: the choice of the food to be privileged, to decipher the lists of the ingredients and the nutritional labels, the modes of cooking,? The first consultation (60 minutes) is the occasion to make knowledge, to make your nutritional and dietetic assessment and morphological analysis (if necessary). This will allow me to create your file and give you the first advice according to your needs and requests. We will then schedule follow-up consultations (20-30 minutes) to continue the accompaniment and adjust if necessary

Je suis diplômée d’un master en Ostéopathie délivré par le Conservatoire Supérieur d'Ostéopathie de Paris.

Mon approche est rigoureuse, douce et respectueuse du corps, avec une écoute attentive et une prise en charge globale. Mon traitement est adapté à mes patients afin de restaurer leur mobilité et de réduire leurs douleurs via des techniques douces.

Je propose des séances d’ostéopathie pour tous; aussi bien pour les nourrissons que pour les enfants, les adolescents, les femmes enceintes, les adultes, les sportifs ou les personnes âgées. Chaque prise en charge est adaptée au patient afin de soulager les douleurs et de rétablir l’équilibre du corps.

Je pratique différentes techniques ostéopathiques - structurelle, articulaire, fonctionnelle, viscérale et crânienne – adaptée au patient et en accord avec ce dernier. 

La périnatalité occupe une place essentielle dans ma pratique; j’assure le suivi des femmes en désir de grossesse, des femmes enceintes et des femmes après leur accouchement.

Etant passionnée par l'accompagnement autour de la maternité, je suis spécialisée en ostéopathie pédiatrique. Je prends soin des nourrissons pour corriger les déformations crâniennes positionnelles, les inconforts digestifs, les troubles de la succion et favoriser leur bon développement.

Lorsque l’enfant grandit, je veille à l’équilibre postural et au bon déroulement de la marche, dans une approche toujours à l’écoute des parents et de l’enfant.

L’ostéopathie peut aider à apaiser de nombreux troubles : douleurs cervicales, dorsales ou lombaires, douleurs d'épaules, de hanches, de genoux ou de pieds, torticolis, sciatiques, migraines, tensions de la mâchoire (ATM), troubles digestifs, inconforts liés au stress, à l’anxiété, afin de restaurer un équilibre global du corps.

J’accompagne également les femmes dans leurs troubles gynécologiques tels que l’endométriose, l’adénomyose, le SOPK, les règles douloureuses ou encore les douleurs périnéales.

Mon diagnostic se base sur une anamnèse détaillée ainsi que sur des examens cliniques et ostéopathiques méticuleux afin d’identifier les troubles, les zones de tension ou de dysfonctionnement. Mon traitement s’articule autour de techniques douces non douloureuses dans une vision globale du patient afin de favoriser la diminution rapide et durable des douleurs physiques et/ou psychiques.

I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) with a Masters in Osteopathy. My goal is to encourage patients to take care of their health and enhance their body's function in a pleasant and relaxed environment.

My holistic approach is very comprehensive and includes a wide combination of techniques (articular, functional, fascial, muscular, visceral, cranio-sacral, etc.). I am passionate about the human body, its capacity to adapt and how osteopathy can help the body in its healing process.

I only practice osteopathy in my office. Consultations are in French, English, Arabic or Armenian. I treat adults, pregnant women, athletes, the elderly and children (but not babies).  After completing my physiotherapy studies at the Lebanese University, I came to Belgium to study osteopathy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Passionate about the biomechanics of the body and human anatomy, I work as an assistant in the ULB functional anatomy laboratory, assisting medical students with practical anatomy work.

Graduated in general osteopathy, I provide treatment adapted to the patient and their disorders associated with the pathology. I also specialize in temporomandibular joint disorders, as well as pediatric and perinatal care. Osteopathy is a manual diagnostic and therapeutic approach that targets joint and tissue mobility restrictions. Using different techniques, the osteopath aims to relieve pain and associated disorders, helping to restore the body's function and rebalance it as a whole. Osteopathy is aimed at all populations: adults, elderly people, infants, pregnant women and athletes.

François De Cock, osteopath D.O., graduate of the William Garner Sutherland Institute. I work on dysfunctions that cause a decrease in mobility of the body's tissues. I practice osteopathy with a global vision of health. I treat all types of patients: infants, children, adolescents, pregnant women, the elderly and athletes. I listen to your needs and my preventive and curative vision includes a nutritional approach. At each session, I give you varied and adapted advice (osteo, naturopathy, nutrition, yoga, ...). Graduated from ULB after 6 years of training (a bachelor's degree and 2 master's degrees), I welcome you for your pain and/or blockages of the musculoskeletal system; namely everything relating to muscles, joints and nerves. You are therefore welcome for any acute or chronic problem of low back pain, neck pain, jaw pain/clicking, after-effects of sprains, contractures, inter-costal neuralgia… I also offer support for the pregnancy as well as relief from abdominal pain linked to stress or organic pathologies (Crohn's, UCHR, gastrointestinal reflux). Osteopathy has also demonstrated its effectiveness in the treatment of tension headaches, which are headaches caused by lack of sleep, stress or poor posture. My personal journey made me discover osteopathy by chance. Since childhood, I have always been attracted to the medical field and the art of healing. But in a situation where conventional medicine and medications could not help me, it was thanks to osteopathy and the healing power of the hands that I was able to get better. So I wanted to study myself and learn how to “unblock” others without resorting to medication. I am also very interested in the psychological and emotional dimension of any illness, and this is among other things why I decided to take Chinese medicine courses at the same time at E.T.T.C. in Namur (I do not yet practice in this discipline). This different approach to the human body will allow me to deepen the holistic vision of the person and their illness.
