Ne vient pas avec des solutions "miracles" qui ne tiennent pas sur le long terme, mais donne des informations claires et réalistes sur une hygiène de vie pérenne. Utilisation d'une plateforme de communication pour échanger et prendre des photos pour pouvoir voir comment améliorer les assiettes. Promis d'envoyer des recettes et informations, mais pas encore reçu (ce qui me semble normal étant donné que le rdv a eu lieu hier).
