I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.

My clinical training began as an intern in clinical psychology at the psychiatric unit within "Hospital General de Agudos Dr. Teodoro Alvarez" (Buenos Aires, 4years), ending up as Instructor of interns (1 year). Along the following decades, I've been working in the private medical health sector (+10 years) I consider continuous training as the basis of my clinical performance being my practice oriented by evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral treatments (CBT), and neuropsychology applied to mental health problems. During the meetings, a central place is given to defining problems, goals and approaches. As a team of work both client and therapist, work collaboratively with an active participation in the process. I´m a native Spanish speaker. Après avoir obtenu mon bachelier d’orientation psychanalytique en France, j’ai ensuite poursuivi mon Master en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles. Sensible aux questions du traumatisme psychique, je viens de terminer la formation aux cliniques du psychotraumatisme du Centre Chapelle-aux-Champs. En tant que psychologue clinicienne, j’accorde une importance primordiale au respect de l’autre et au travail de co-construction rendu possible grâce au lien de confiance. J’accueille des adolescents et des adultes en français et en bulgare de 8h à 14h le samedi matin.

Psychologue clinicien diplômé d'un Master en sciences psychologiques (Clinique et psychopathologie), je prends en charge les patients (adolescents, adultes et seniors) pour les problématiques suivantes : épuisement professionnel (burnout), addiction (tabac, alcool, drogue), dépression, troubles anxieux et stress, gestion émotionelle, accompagnement dans le deuil, phobies, troubles obsessionnels compulsifs.

Je travaille selon une approche cognitivo-comportementale (TCC); cette approche a pour intérêt de modifier les comportements et pensées problématiques par des conduites plus appropriées dans un esprit de respect, collaboration, transparence et d'incitation à l'action.

Je vous propose une rencontre dans un cadre serein et respectueux, autour d’une approche issue du courant humaniste. Cette approche, également appelée “centrée sur la personne”, accorde une importance primordiale à l'empathie et au potentiel humain. Elle me permet de vous accompagner dans la compréhension de vous-même, dans le dépassement de vos difficultés et dans l’émergence de vos ressources personnelles.
