Passionate about life, human potential and physical and psychic healing processes, I help people who want to change a facet of their existence. Beyond individual consultations, I propose an original protocol based on the strength of the group and a reprogramming of the unconscious, at the heart of the emotions. This environment allows them to evolve more rapidly and in depth. I integrate a palette of therapeutic tools on three levels: physical, psychological and spiritual. I complete this approach with a systems vision, from the individual to the group, through couples and families. I have taught at the Nursing School of the Erasmus University Hospital and at the Belgian Osteopathic Society. I currently continue to supervise professionals, therapists and coaches. In addition to these therapeutic activities, I encourage group expression through the body and writing. I create opportunities to stimulate the healthy part of the individual, his vitality, his creativity, his relational intelligence and his joy of living in movement and music.

Laura Pereira Moita is an adult clinical psychologist, trained in psychotraumatology. Her practice is called "integrative" and is inspired by cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies with a particular interest in relational dynamics. A space for free speech is offered to you, tailored to your needs and expectations. In order to respond to current health measures, remote consultations are also organized (by phone calls or videoconferences) on weekdays, in addition to face-to-face consultations. His private practice is located in the heart of Brussels (Central Station) and is very well connected. After having taken some time to get to know each other, concrete methods will be proposed to you, made to measure for and with you, at your own pace, on the themes that concern you. Her professional experiences have allowed her to train in different methods of stress management (chronic stress, professional, school and/or parental burnout) and anxiety (generalized, performance, social, phobias or other). Formée en ethnopsychiatrie et diplômée d’un master en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie de l’université libre de Bruxelles, je vous reçois dans un cadre chaleureux et convivial, les lundis, mardis, jeudis, vendredis et samedis uniquement sur rendez-vous, dans mon cabinet situé à rue Fernand Pire 12 à 1090 Bruxelles. Dévouée et passionnée par la psychologie, je prends en charge diverses problématiques tels que la dépression, le burnout, les traumatismes, le stress post-traumatique (PTSD), le deuil pathologique, les troubles du comportement alimentaire, les addictions, le soutient à la parentalité, etc. Disposant d’une formation complète et générale, je réalise des consultations individuelles et familiales. Les consultations peuvent être réalisées en Arabe (maghrébin) ou français.
