Il s’agit d’une co-construction de certains outils et techniques efficaces en cas de souffrance psychologique : dépression, anxiété, crise d’angoisse, estime de soi, évènement de vie compliqué, difficultés relationnelles, changements, addictions, burn-out, troubles obsessionnels compulsifs, phobies, etc. La co-construction permet à la personne souhaitant entreprendre un travail thérapeutique d’acquérir une autonomie dans la gestion de son bien-être psychologique. Mon approche de travail s’oriente selon les techniques de la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC) qui permettent de construire des stratégies d’adaptation et de résolution de problème et de travailler la régulation émotionnelle.
