I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).

Psychologue clinicienne (ULB) et psychothérapeute (IFISAM) depuis près de 20 ans, je travaille et continue de me former selon les orientations analytique et systémique. Je reçois des enfants (dès 4 ans), des adolescents et leurs parents, ainsi que des adultes.

Je consulte pour de nombreux types de problématiques : difficultés de comportement, de développement et scolaires, anxiété, déprime, séparations difficiles, problèmes relationnels dans la famille, problématiques adolescentaires, identitaires, questions existentielles, difficultés professionnelles,...

Parallèlement à cette pratique privée, je travaille depuis une quinzaine d’années comme psychologue en milieu scolaire (tous niveaux d’enseignement et dans différents milieux socio-économiques).

Je consulte en français et en anglais.

Psychologue clinicienne, coach de vie et sexologue, je vous accueille individuellement ou en couple dans un espace d'écoute et de parole libre, sans jugement ni tabou. Mon intention est de vous rencontrer là où vous en êtes et de vous accompagner, à votre rythme, vers vos objectifs.

Chaque séance est pour moi un moment privilégié pour prendre soin de vous et de vos relations. C'est l'occasion de faire une pause, de vous libérer de ce qui vous pèse et d’analyser vos modes de fonctionnement.

Mon approche se veut douce et bienveillante, tout en étant orientée vers l'action. Je m’appuie sur diverses approches théoriques et pratiques telles que la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC) et la thérapie mosaic.

Je vous reçois tous les lundis et mardis dans mon cabinet à Uccle et les vendredis au Centre Médical MesaCosa à la Chasse.

My experiences in Belgium and abroad have been through contact with individuals with varied profiles, suffering from social isolation, with mood disorders or even with or without disabilities.
