As certified nutritionist from CERDEN®, I welcome you to the Mimosa centers for a consultation in French, English or Italian. I will listen, advise and support you with the aim of regaining, optimizing or preserving your health and well-being. My role will be to accompany you towards a better understanding of the key principles of a healthy, diversified diet adapted to your needs. If you'd like to rebalance or optimize your diet, or have a complete wellness assessment, I'll be happy to guide you through the process. I will bring you my skills to work on the disorders you experience on a daily basis, such as weight gain or loss, digestive disorders, fatigue, allergies and intolerances, sleep disorders or lack of energy. During our initial consultation, we will take the time to carefully identify your health goals and needs. My aim will be to support you in achieving these through action plans that take into account your health condition, food preferences and lifestyle. Keeping the pleasure of eating is a priority.
