Titulaire d’un Master 2 en sociologie, spécialisé en recherche sur le genre et la famille, et formée à la sophrologie caycédienne, je vous accompagne dans la gestion du stress, des émotions, ainsi que dans les grandes étapes de la vie.


Formée à l’École de Sophrologie Caycédienne de Lyon puis diplômée par l’Académie Internationale Sofrocay, j’ai enrichi mon parcours par plusieurs formations complémentaires : communication relationnelle, sophrologie et maternité, sophrologie en entreprise.


Je propose un accompagnement personnalisé en séances individuelles, adapté à chaque besoin :

Sophrologue très douce et très compétente ! Plein d’exercices à refaire chez soi pour arriver à adoucir son stress et à être plus serein(e) au quotidien. On peut même les intégrer à votre journée facilement. Merci Jihene !
