Titulaire d'un Master en psychologie clinique de l'adulte, je propose des consultations fondées sur les principes de la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale.

J'ai terminé en 2025 une formation agréé et reconnue à l'ULB (Érasme) pour pouvoir utiliser l'hypnose dans un cadre exclusivement thérapeutique. Je suis donc également hypnothérapeute. (Douleurs chroniques, acquérir une meilleure gestion de son anxiété, pour les addictions après avoir travaillé en collaboration avec le patient sa motivation)

Dans le cadre de mon parcours universitaire, j'ai développé un intérêt particulier pour l'accompagnement de patients qui présentent des douleurs chroniques. 

Être psychologue dans le domaine de la santé m'a permis d'acquérir des compétences pour évaluer et traiter divers problèmes psychologiques (dépression, anxiété, phobie...) en lien avec des pathologies chroniques.

Ma philosophie de travail repose sur 4 pilliers : la bienveillance, l'empathie, l'autonomie et la confidentialité. 

Mon objectif principal consiste à vous donner les clés pour que vous puissiez améliorer votre qualité de vie malgré la présence de difficultés sur le plan émotionnel et/ou physique.
